uThukela Water (Pty) Ltd is a multi-jurisdictional water services utility established in terms of Section 87 of the Municipal Systems Act.

Wholly owned by Newcastle Local Municipality, uMzinyathi District Municipality, and Amajuba District Municipality, the entity provides bulk water services that support communities, municipalities, and regional development.
